The benefits of roses are not only complementary to the seven forms of flowers. This flower also nourishes digestion, relieves headaches. Roses not only grow to enjoy their beauty, but can also be processed into various products that have benefits for human health. The benefits of roses are quite diverse, ranging from beauty products to consumption as drinks or food. There are many variations of processed rose flowers that you can find on the market, from rose water, essential oils, various beauty products (cosmetics and skin care), to rose tea, all of which have their own benefits. In addition, there are also people who directly consume rose petals because they are believed to contain certain properties. Benefits of roses for health You may be familiar with rose petals which are used as one of the seven forms of flowers, aka flowers used for sprinkling on graves. However, did you know that this part of the petals is also edible and provides benefits for the health of your digestive tract? Healthy respiratory tract Roses can also have anti-inflammatory effects, which can help relieve sore throats. To get the benefits of this one rose flower, you can consume rose water or warm rose tea. Healthy eyes Roses that have been processed into rose water can also be used as natural eye drops. Healthy digestive tract As mentioned earlier, one of the benefits of roses is to nourish the digestive tract. This is because rose petals are able to increase the flow of bile so that you no longer experience initial complaints, such as flatulence. Heals wounds Antiseptic and antibacterial substances are also present in rose petals and various preparations. According to experts, the benefits of roses are related to this content, namely accelerating wound healing, for example burns, lacerations, and scars. Prevent dementia and Alzheimer's Roses can inhibit the work of a protein called amyloid. The presence of this protein can interfere with the work of the brain, kill brain cells, and reduce your ability to remember, which ultimately leads to dementia or Alzheimer's. Relieves headaches You can feel the benefits of this one rose by using its essential oils. According to experts, the aroma in this essential oil is believed to relieve headaches, including migraine headaches. Growing like weedsI am happy to say that ever since I transplanted my cannabis to 5 gallon grow bags, they are doing a lot better. I was nervous because autos don't do well with stress, especially this late in the game, but my flowering bubblegum is doing really well right now and I think in about two weeks, it should be ready for harvest. The buds have fattened up over this past week and have gotten pretty frosty. They should continue to get fatter as it comes closer to harvest. I will be watching the trichomes closely to make sure I don't harvest too early or too late. Today was the last day that I will be watering this plant with any nutrients other than just some Cal Mag added to the water. I was planning on using tap water from here on out because buying spring water for my plants was starting to add up, but I don't want to change anything up right now, and once this plant is done, that will be one less plant to water, and then a couple weeks later, I will have another one ready for harvest. Once I harvest, I will have about two months of curing before I will be able to give any feedback on the bubblegum strain, but I am really looking forward to it. This is the other bubblegum that has just started flowering. I had transplanted all of my autos to 5 gallon grow bags when the first one was having problems, so hopefully I don't have any problems with these as well. Overall, my plants are looking pretty healthy and doing well. I added supports to them because the branches and main stem were getting a bit heavy, so the supports should help them to support the weight of bigger buds. Right now, I have three bubblegums, one blueberry and four big macs. The big mac is a product of @jonyoudyer and I can't wait to see how these plants do. Before I watered today, I took all of the plants out of the tent and scrubbed the walls and floor with isopropyl alcohol. Things were starting to get a bit dirty on the tent floor from water spilling over the sides of the grow bags while watering. I am sad to report that my panaeolus cyanescens spores have been contaminated in the spore bag. It is a bit hard to see in the picture, but I think there was a tiny hole somewhere in the bag that allowed a contaminate to get in and it started to mold. There was some white mycelium forming in different spots where I had injected the spores, but there was a lot more green mold inside the bag that I had been watching expand since about the third day after injection. So this batch of spores is done with and I just threw it all away. I am not sure if I am going to order any more mushroom stuff for now because I am ready for a break from growing. It is a lot more work than I thought it was. When I just had one or two plants, it was pretty easy to keep things under control, but once I upgraded to the larger tent and then filled that up, it became so much more work. Once the big mac is harvested, I may take a couple months off. That will give me a chance to focus on creating different things with my cannabis. I ordered a Levo 2, which is a pretty sweet little device that makes it so easy to infuse oils and other things with herbs. It is on backorder, but once I get it, I will be using it to easily infuse butter and make my own edibles. Normally when you make canna butter, you need to decarb the weed in an oven, then put it in a crock pot with the butter or oils. The Levo 2 makes it super simple and all you do is put the weed and the butter in it and it decarbs and infuses all in one place. You also just set it and forget it until it is done. It also cuts back on the smell associated with decarbing and infusing. The golden teacher shrooms that I harvest a bit ago has been pretty good for microdosing. I have them in mason jars with some silica gel packets and they have all stayed dry. I was worried that they wouldn't last, but the silica packets have been keeping them nice and crispy. They should be good for a very long time like this. I've been taking about a half gram every 4 days or so and chopping it up and mixing it in with some juice. Since I started doing it, I haven't really been having any withdrawals from my old medicines anymore, which is nice because that sucked pretty bad. I did hit a pretty low spot mentally a few days ago, but I think it had a lot to do with the medicine leaving my system since I have been off of it for a couple months now. I feel a lot better with natural medicines than I ever did on that pharmaceutical crap. I am still a bit bummed about the new mushrooms, but I have enough to microdose for a few months. @macchiata don't be jelly. This post contains scientific references of many studies that were undertaken to try and prove that germs cause disease. All of the studies failed Where is the evidence that viruses cause disease? I have been asking for 5 years now, and no one has been able to provide me with a single peer reviewed journal article showing an isolated virus causes disease. It should be so easy to look through the literature and find a study in a couple of minutes, yet no one seems to be able to do such a thing.Scientists and doctors have already done countless experiments to try and prove germ theory over the course of 120+ years, and all have failed. So I will ask again, can anyone provide me one such study, showing an isolated virus causes disease in humans? If so, I will gladly stand corrected and recount everything I have ever said on this matter. There needs to be a truly scientific and intellectually honest conversation about this. This is the beauty of the scientific method, that we can ask questions, challenge our beliefs, put forward new ideas (that may or may not be correct) and learn new things. Here are just some of the experiments that have been done on the common cold / flu. Many studies like this have been done in other diseases like measles and chicken pox as well, and they have not been able to prove viral causation or contagion. In March of 1919 Rosenau & Keegan conducted 9 separate experiments in a group of 49 healthy men, to prove contagion. In all 9 experiments, 0/49 men became sick after being exposed to sick people or the bodily fluids of sick people. https://jamanetwork.com/jour…/jama/article-abstract/221687 In November 1919, 8 separate experiments were conducted by Rosenau et al. in a group of 62 men trying to prove that influenza is contagious and causes disease. In all 8 experiments, 0/62 men became sick. Another set of 8 experiments were undertaken in December of 1919 by McCoy et al. in 50 men to try and prove contagion. Once again, all 8 experiments failed to prove people with influenza, or their bodily fluids cause illness. 0/50 men became sick. In 1919, Wahl et al. conducted 3 separate experiments to infect 6 healthy men with influenza by exposing them to mucous secretions and lung tissue from sick people. 0/6 men contracted influenza in any of the three studies. https://www.jstor.org/stable/30082102?seq=1… In 1920, Schmidt et al conducted two controlled experiments, exposing healthy people to the bodily fluids of sick people. Of 196 people exposed to the mucous secretions of sick people, 21 (10.7%) developed colds and three developed grippe (1.5%). In the second group, of the 84 healthy people exposed to mucous secretions of sick people, five developed grippe (5.9%) and four colds (4.7%). Of forty-three controls who had been inoculated with sterile physiological salt solutions eight (18.6%) developed colds. A higher percentage of people got sick after being exposed to saline compared to those being exposed to the “virus”. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19869857/ https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/102609951 In 1921, Williams et al. tried to experimentally infect 45 healthy men with the common cold and influenza, by exposing them to mucous secretions from sick people. 0/45 became ill. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19869857/ In 1924, Robertson & Groves exposed 100 healthy individuals to the bodily secretions from 16 different people suffering from influenza. The authors concluded that 0/100 became sick as a result of being exposed to the bodily secretions. https://academic.oup.com/…/article…/34/4/400/832936… In 1930, Dochez et al. attempted to infect a group of men experimentally with the common cold. The authors stated in their results, something that is nothing short of amazing. “It was apparent very early that this individual was more or less unreliable and from the start it was possible to keep him in the dark regarding our procedure. He had inconspicuous symptoms after his test injection of sterile broth and no more striking results from the cold filtrate, until an assistant, on the second day after injection, inadvertently referred to this failure to contract a cold. That evening and night the subject reported severe symptomatology, including sneezing, cough, sore throat and stuffiness in the nose. The next morning he was told that he had been misinformed in regard to the nature of the filtrate and his symptoms subsided within the hour. It is important to note that there was an entire absence of objective pathological changes”. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19869798/ In 1937 Burnet & Lush conducted an experiment exposing 200 healthy people to bodily secretions from people infected with influenza. 0/200 became sick. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2065253/ In 1940, Burnet and Foley tried to experimentally infect 15 university students with influenza. The authors concluded their experiment was a failure. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/…/j.1326-5377.1940… Addendum: One question that frequently comes up is the old story of giving ‘infected blankets’ to the Native Americans to kill them. This story is a cover-up for the real killer which was again allopathic medicine and their vaccines. The proof is in plain sight as always. They vaccinated them. They got sick from the poisoning and died. Read between the lines….”vaccinating them would make it easier to” get rid of them. Another little gem of an addendum I found on FB…….from Terry Allen Originally posted: https://hive.blog/disease/@active-truth/contagion-a-fairy-story

I keep saying, that I am going to make a list of all the things that I need to do. I know that once I get it all out of my head and down on paper, it will be a lot easier for me to organize myself. And yet, here I am still writing about wanting to do it, without having done it. I can't deny that there is an inner blockage inside of me, that prevents me from doing this, from ultimately making my life easier. I do get it, I do see how we can achieve order inside of chaos and that is what makes life fluid, but still, I find myself rebelling a bit, against this idea of order! A few weeks back a friend of mine, gave me a gift for my birthday, a t-shirt that said " Don't tell me what to do", she said the minute she saw it, it made her think of me.
But it really got me thinking, about the layers of protection we build around ourselves and how they can be a crutch one minute and a hindrance the next. How life, is so interchangeable and unexpected. Each new experience, can bring up so much in us. With how we react, really shining a light on who we are and where we have come from. A real glimpse, into our inner workings. Each one a piece of the puzzle, a puzzle that keeps growing and expanding. Sometimes I get these eureka moments, where suddenly I'm like 'Yeah so that's why I do that'. Other times I just flow along, happy to just be moving forward. Cos the answers don't always just arrive, sometimes we really have to immerse ourselves, give ourselves over to the flow, in order to reach our destination. Part of me is a little resistant, to dealing with this blockage, that holds me back. Because I can recognize, how it has also really served me throughout my life. That part of me that refuses to conform, that refuses to follow those instructions that can help me be more productive, especially as it was something I was encouraged to do in school. I know, I know it's only making a list, but actually it goes a lot deeper than that. It was my way of taking control of my life, when it felt like every other part, was being controlled! Yes, I know that I am in control now, but some things, they really run deep, they are ingrained within us and it's hard to shift them, especially if we don't want to let them go. And anyhow, how much better would my life really be, if I started making lists lol. I also keep going on and on, about wanting to take up some Yoga or Tai Chai, something to keep my body in shape. I know that if I am to stay healthy, then I have to pay attention to my body and what it is communicating with me.
I even now have a little platform near my truck that I can use to work out on, but have I started, hell no! My vision, has been to wake up early in the morning, before my girls and get outside. To have 20 minutes to myself, to stretch in the sun. But my days just happen as they happen (going with the flow and all) and most times, I end up going to bed late, cos by the end of the evening I have food to make, a truck to clear and my girls to settle into bed. Then I finally get some me time and I do not want to spend that time sleeping. Plus, that's also the time, when I mostly do my posts, but they can tend to drag out for hours as it's hard not to get interrupted, when everyone in the family shares the same space. But hey, I also wouldn't have it any other way.
Who says exercise has to be in the morning anyway. Cos I do love a boogie, anytime of the day and dancing is one great way to stay in shape! So yes, you guessed it right, I'm going to sign out now, and put on some tunes and embrace the chaos that is my life! Originally posted: https://hive.blog/hive-120078/@trucklife-family/i-keep-saying-

If you've ever had over ripe bananas, you may well have hunted down banana bread recipes and become frustrated that they only use a couple of bananas. Well here's one from @macchiata which uses 5 bananas, although sadly only one egg, so if you have a flush of them as well, you'll need to find another recipe.
Saludos

Greetings all you lovely Hivers! Let's make Ginger soy tea today. I realized that my tea making technique might be a bit different so let's have a look and see how it compares to your way! What do you need?Well obviously you need tea, soy and ginger. Easy enough. But I have ginger in the garden so let's go get some fresh young ginger straight from the ground. A knife. Well of course you'll need a knife to make tea haha. And a garden tool? To make tea? Of course. What else would you use to stir your tea cup? ;) Here's some young garden ginger in its natural environment. Let's not disturb this one and find another older one. Of and yes you can see ginger as it grows partly above ground in some areas.
This is my compost pile. I've just spread some out and then covered the rest with some leaves to keep the smell down. Stinky! So let's go inside and make some tea already!Ingredients. So the dried soy milk is locally produced in Phuket town and the tea comes from south Thailand near the Malaysian border. And the ginger? Well you know where that's from.
Add soy in a tea spoon. And some tea in a spoon according to you taste. The tea is in the strainer. This strainer I brought back from Vietnam where they use them to make coffee. Quite a wonderful little invention which works perfect with tea as well. Put top of strainer on... And we're ready for action! Let's pout some hot water
Some very dark tea. Wow is it really that dark? Give it a good stir. The sound of teaspoons clanging against the glass is a famous Thai sound heard throughout the morning. There are tea stalls everywhere in Phuket it seems. And there you go! My version of ginger soy tea. I don't add sugar because I'm sweet enough haha. No I just don't like sweet and its not easy to find a place to drink tea that doesn't taste like candy. Luckily I know one or two places that make excellent tea and coffee :0 So what are the benefits of ginger tea?Everyone knows its good for you but did you know it can improve your health especially with heart problems and blood circulation? Also it helps cure nausea and sore throats. Its an all around good thing to take on a daily basis to keep your health up! So thanks for making tea with me and I'll go enjoy my cup of tea! How do you make your tea? Feel free to comment below... As always thanks so much for reading and hope you enjoyed! Past two days have been foggy, cloudy, raining whole day and I'm having the days for myself, cleaning, making myself some healthy meals, planning for upcoming days.. finally some spare time to write and stop for a bit to check myself. Like Ice Cube said : " ..check yourself before you wreck yourself " I threw away junk food, all the sugar, sweets, chips... tortillas and all the dips going with it since January. Yesterday I had a mixed carrot salad with beans and corn, for breakfast I ate eggs with carrot & garlic, for dinner I cooked lots of vegetables like broccoli, garlic, carrots and made myself some Cevapi (Grilled Serbian Sausages). Trying to watch what I eat and give in my body. Walked around the misty woods, went threw the wet grass, foggy fields.. and clearing up my head. Having two resting days to reflect on myself, see where I came, what routines are new and how many bad ones I "threw in the bin". Past two weeks have been busy, pushed threw limitations in my head, tried to silence the mind and what time I found in the day, I spent them hiking or taking long walks. Been listening to music, to Jordan Peterson & Steve Harvey's motivational talks while making my apartment a little bit nicer than it was or cooking nice meals. Past months I've been trying to change a lot of things, make life a little better and easier to live in. Decided to take you with me on some walks and a quick hike on a hill Resevna after work, photos of where I cleared my mind and rested my eye's in the beauty of our mother Nature. @galenkp gave me best answer I got this month - motivation to continue and going on longer walks, higher hill & to push myself : " It's an important aspect and one supports the other. Hiking, being in the outdoors and away from societal influences means a great deal to me and I do so a great deal. Get it done, even on those days you don't feel like it...Ten minutes later you'll be feeling into it. " I'm really open to any answer & motivation, always seeking for answers.. Thank You again for being so awesome and kind even when you don't have too ! As a Buddha once said : " When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. ... A teacher can light the way and ease the way "
Going on a little road trip today to our capital city Ljubljana to get some more answers and where I already received a lot of help. Will probably stop in the center as well to go for a walk. Now it's time to drink the coffee, take a nice cold shower and go out in the nature, even when if today is also a cloudy, foggy day and rains a little bit. Don't let little rain stop us! I also want to Thank everyone else for stopping by, taking time and all the motivation. It helps a lot to write and give it all out, Thank You! Wishing everyone a great and active day, no matter what the weather outside! Stay awesome.. Healthy, Strong & Healthy! It was another very enjoyable outdoor family tuesday packed with being active and eating healthy. For one of the first times, I managed to resist eativng bread or overeating all together and got myself into a challenge with my nieces to drop down to 65kg for us to learn a backflip on the trampoline once I reach that number. So plenty of motivation and a fun narrative to finally fully go for it now and I'm quite sure that I will manage to stick to easting plant based whole food getting in plenty of activity from here on out for the next couple of months which likely will be the timeframe to pull it off. I also continue to do some bench presses each day and picked up 5kg of extra weight to add in the near future. I also intend to expand on the exercises I'm doing possible getting in more reps also doing more regular walks and maybe even morning runs. Bench Press Progres
