Use the following calculation: multiply the child's weight in kilograms by 2,205 and divide it by 2. Then, the result is divided again by 8. And the last step: multiply the resulting number by 240. The amount of water your child should drink per day results. For example, your child weighs 23 kg. To find out the amount of water needed for a child: 1) (23 × 2,205) ÷ 2 = 25.35. 2) 25.35 ÷ 8 = 3.17. 3) 3.17 × 240 = 760 (ml) Therefore, 760 ml of water (or 3-4 glasses) should be drunk for a child weighing 23 kg per day. ### TIPS TO CREATE A CHILD'S WATER DRINKING HABIT

It was an uneventful day. Woke up and prepared for work. As usual I walked to the office after i got down in town and I walked back to town and picked a cab home. Been a little busy this week so I havent been going for my evening walk around the neighborhood. Im still however staying healthy with Actifit ![]() ![]()

Healthy food is one of our specialties at the @gardenofeden.Kimchi is just one of the fermented foods we create Kimchi is often made with Napa Cabbage, We soaked the cabbage for several hours in a salty brine After soaking, draining and rinsing the cabbage, We sliced up some red onion to add to the mix too. Our huge bowl of vegetables took on a rainbow of colors and nutrients We added onion, garlic, ginger, chili pepper sauce, and cayenne to the food processor to make a hot and spicy sauce to mix with the veggies.
