I'm still not living as healthy as I should and I haven't had any time whatsoever to work out or go on walks lately. I have been getting a lot of things done though and it wa quite a productive day on Thursday. Following the news and everything that is going on with gamestop and dogecoin did take a lot of my time though especially when I went to bed still browsing om my laptop which now completely derailed my sleeping pattern. I'll be taking February as a month to fix all that. This tiny orange colored, citrus fruit, about the size of an olive, is synonymous with China and in particular Chinese new year. During the festivities Cantonese people decorate their homes and businesses with pots of kumquat and orange trees in full fruit. This is thought to bring good fortune and wealth for the coming year. Those who take the drug tamoxifen should not eat citrus fruits. Kumquats are high in flavonoids or bioflavonoids, also fiber and carbohydrates. They are low in calories, about 60 per 100g of fruit. **Kumquat, its Culinary Uses and Storing**: Kumquats tend to spoil quickly, so avoid those that are very soft. Its better if you can find kumquats still attached to their branch, with leaves, as is sometimes the case. Kumquats can be kept at room temperature, but will last less than a week. Si no tienes esta hábito apuntalo y planifica actividades divertidas y saludables junto a familiares, amigos o contigo mismo. En uno de mis viajes hace un tiempo apliqué una crema que tenía vitamina C y me expuse al sol, desde ahí tengo algunas marcas en mi piel y trato de cuidarme mucho más. En cuanto a la piel del rostro, estoy tratando de usar menos maquillaje y en la mañana y en la noche hago mis rutinas de cuidado de la piel, limpieza, hidratación y protección, y si es de noche aplico otro tratamiento. Me siento más plena con mi rostro limpio, iluminado e hidratado. ? La piel no es perfecta, hay marcas, lunares, diversos tonos, pero si haces tus rutinas de cuidado de la piel a pesar de esas imperfecciones te verás radiante y saludable, y esto también aplica para toda la piel del cuerpo, piernas, codos, pies, todo el cuerpo. > *When I skip my skin care routines things happen like a new mark on my face or another new sun spot. Skin is not perfect, there are marks, moles, different tones, but if you do your skin care routines despite those imperfections you will look radiant and healthy, and this also applies to all the skin on the body, legs, elbows, feet, the whole body.* #### 4_ Escucha música / *Listened to music* Siento que la música es mágica y poderosa, me gusta escuchar música de diversos géneros, si necesito estar activa y pensar rápido escucho rock, si quiero estar relajada escucho sonidos de la naturaleza, si estoy limpiando y ordenando la casa escucho una música que pueda cantar. Trato de que la música esté presente en mi vida y me hace sentir más feliz. > *I feel that music is magical and powerful, I like to listen to music of different genres, if I need to be active and think fast I listen to rock, if I want to be relaxed I listen to nature sounds, if I am cleaning and tidying the house I listen to music that I can sing. I try to make music present in my life and it makes me feel happier.* #### 5_ Duerme lo necesario / *Go to bed on time* Descansar es un buen hábito, dormir el tiempo necesario para recuperar las energías y continuar. He tenido algún descontrol con mis horarios, pero trato de dormir de 5 a 8 horas al día y eso me ayuda a arrancar el día con las mejor de las energías. > *Resting is a good habit, sleeping the necessary time to recover energy and continue. I've had some uncontrolled schedules, but I try to sleep 5 to 8 hours a day and that helps me to start the next day with the best of energies.* Me faltó mencionar tantas cosas, pero estoy segura que tu que me lees eres alguien que se cuida, se ama mucho y tiene disciplina. “Think different” is an advertising slogan used from 1997 to 2002 by Apple Computer, Inc., now named Apple Inc. This article explores how Apple might best implement that challenge in the era of COVID. By Neenah Payne I have always loved going to Apple stores – first because even the original architecture is so inspiring. However, most importantly, I admired the fact that Steve Jobs understood the value of providing stores where customers can go to not only buy products but also to learn a lot from very well-informed and friendly staff, get products repaired, and (before COVID) could attend free classes. Apple stores have, in effect, functioned as mini universities. Because of the awesome support Apple stores provide, I would never buy Androids even if they had better functionality. Last fall, when I went to the Brooklyn Apple store in my neighborhood to upgrade from my old iPhone to an iPhone 11, I learned that a new iPad Air would be coming out soon. So, in December, I ordered the new iPad Air online with the help of David Henderly in Apple Business Sales who made the experience very smooth and effortless. I am in awe of both the iPhone 11 and the iPad Air because they are both serious upgrades for me. It will take me a while to learn how to take full advantage of all the amazing features. The sleek design also makes both products beautiful. Steve Jobs took very seriously the challenge to “Think different”. His Macintosh computers provide an alternative to Windows PCs that many people have adopted. When Jobs introduced the first iPhone in 2007, he took the world from flip phones overnight to a level of connectivity that revolutionized our lives. Apple has continued that spirit of innovation. The keyboard case available for the iPad Air makes typing easy and turns the iPad almost into a laptop. So, the question is, how might Jobs think different in the era of COVID? What Would Steve Jobs Do Now?The open air design of the Apple store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan shown below is a call to joy, freedom, play, invention – to “Think different”. I have always loved going there because it has always been an adventure and a very pleasurable learning experience. So, when I went to the store yesterday to turn in my old iPad for a refund, I was really shocked to discover that Apple now feels much more like a prison and the formerly helpful staff now seem more like prison guards. What would Steve Jobs think of turning his stores in virtual jails? Since many doctors say (as shown further below) that masks are not necessary or effective and cause serious harm in multiple ways, I don’t wear a mask. However, I understand that many stores require customers to wear masks. The question is how much those policies are enforced. The two grocery stores in my neighborhood and drug store require masks but don’t enforce the policy. The New York City buses and subways require masks, but don’t enforce the policy. New York city requires masks but doesn’t enforce it. In the Brooklyn Apple store, I was given a mask and asked to wear it. However, as I sat talking with the salesperson who sold me my iPhone, he didn’t insist that I keep it on. Yet, in the Manhattan Apple store as I waited in line to return my iPhone, a salesperson wasn’t satisfied that I was wearing the mask. Since I wasn’t wearing it to his satisfaction, he reported me to his supervisor who threatened to throw me out of the store if I didn’t wear the mask to her satisfaction. I was repeatedly threatened for the 30-45 minutes I was there. Apple Fifth Avenue now feels like a prison and the salespeople act like prison guards. I don’t think this is what Steve Jobs had in mind or would want now. When I report this situation again to Apple Customer Relations, I will share this article with them via email.
