The last weekend and Monday weren't really great. I didn't feel fit and also was a little bit sad. Because of the heatwave I didn't do much that week and didn't eat healthy, drank some beers and maybe that's why I was feeling a bit empty. Today I'm feeling better and I'm going out now for a walk. I want to be a bit more stricter with my goals. I want to work 8 hours a day as a minimum on all my goals. Otherwise I'm just watching Netflix and that doesn't make you happy. I also sleep very bad the last few days. I will start to try intermittent fasting and I will not drink alcohol anymore before I'm feeling fit again. The dating life I put on hold until I'm fit again! Start to work on myself! Goals
