I mostly fasted during the day drinking plenty of wanter again but also getting an urge to eat some bread with peanut butter. So I ended up doing another 2-hour walk in what is my regular route now stopping by the supermarket to pick up a more nutrient-rich dark bread with some Biological 100% peanut butter. I don't have all too much knowledge about bread so I picked out what looked the healthiest which as I suspected turned out the be a bread which is just being marketed as healthy bein colored dark brown while not including all that much (Waldkorn it's called). It was very tasty though but I won't be making the same mistake again. I did feel quite the big difference when it came down to falling asleep which confirms what I already know how food has a major influence on my sleep. I do plan some kitchen time making soup for the weekend on Friday likely doing another walk and continueing to do some daily reps increasing them. Bench Press Progres
