# Oh yes! #### I am working really hard to lose weight, eating healthy as well as cutting down coffee from two cups to one cup a day, and if possible to no coffee or one cup once or twice a week. During the previous months of staying at home had me drinking alot of coffee to stay awake to juggle so many tasks at home; houseworks and that time having to manage the son's online classes. Staying at home also meant you baked more, means more sugar intake those few months. . ![]() ![]()
