Everything is going well?? -Gym 3x per week - On my rest days I do yoga, walking and anything to do with house work? - I have tried few new meals when out of house without thinking about calories and ate till satisfied not “stuffed”? My Struggles? Bloody sleep again!!! I have huge plans for next year related to my new job and i have head full of ideas and need to note them as soon I get “aha moment”? So please give your priority to your parents. Half and a year ago, my father was diagnosed with cirrhosis during the checkup.He was neither alcohol drinker nor smoker. There is no treatment for such case.All you can do is to make sure having the right food intakes and activity. The most obvious sign you could see how healthy a person's organs is his/her skin. Every meal, I make sure I give him either a piece of fresh papaya leave or the boiled leave's juice to have during the meals.It has been pretty much effective than any other liver health supplement.
