Okay I can't do so much during the lockdown but this is not an excuse to do not having care of myself and my hair. I work as a beauty counselor in these days my job got big problems obviously, no one buy products abs I can not work as a make up artist, so it's quite a big problem For my hair I Don not like much dying them with chemical substances because I think it ruins my hair and their health. Usually I buy my favorite henne from the local herb shops, red henne as usual. These days the shop is close and I can not ha go out so I orderder it only e, it was nice too, I decide to try to mix a light henne red light with a nato powder, this power make your hair like carrot red. I quite like it and I must admit it worked quite well. I found In that way a news site dedicate to herbs and I am ai excited about that, I love herbs tea with herbs and bio natural beury routines and tips so this site for me it's really heaven. I am very into natural stuff and I love henne I must admit e the one o buy there it's good but annatto powder do not smell so good but I use coconut oil for let my hair be more hydratate and parfumed. So I am quite proud of the result Henne it's really good for hair, better than chemical tinctures henne help you hair in nutrition, growth and anti loss.. If you are stressed using henne it's really good Usually I use it for two or three hours mixed with other herbs or circuma it depend from the tintyr I want, but during the change if season when my hair suffers I use the neutral one for helping them to stay healthy. To focus on a task can be difficult and some kids find it more difficult than others. There are so many things that can distract them from the task at hand, so concentration is a very important life skill that can be helped along with some easy steps.Set tasks according to your child's maturity levelSometimes kids will lose focus on a task because it is either too hard or too easy and they tend to lose interest. Make sure that you know on which level your child is, but you must also let your child understand that sometimes in life we have to do tedious or straining activities. We cannot only do the things we like and we cannot give up after the first try. You can also point out that the sooner they complete the "not so good" tasks, the longer time they can spend on the ones they enjoy. Divide the big projects into small tasksTeach your child that they can always break up something into smaller parts. Even something as simple as a reading piece. Read a paragraph and make sure they understand it and then go on to the next paragraph. Splitting tasks and even allowing a little break in between will take away the overwhelming feeling of I do not even know where to start. Minimize distractionsGive your child a quiet place where they can sit and do their work. Soft music playing in the work area can maybe block out other sounds which a child has not learned to block out yet. Set a timerThis can be a fun game where the child must try and complete a task before the timer goes off. An indication for how long a child can focus at once is one minute per year. (this is just an indication and will differ from child to child). Do not make it impossible for the child to beat the clock, otherwise they will get discouraged, but also do not make it too easy. They have to concentrate and finish the task at hand. Set goalsA child must learn to set his/her own goals which he/she would like to reach and some guidance and rewards (even if it is just praising them for good work done) can be a great motivator. Offer praiseYou as a parent or teacher must acknowledge good work done - this will make the child feel positive and he/she would want to do better. Staying healthyIt is important for any child to eat healthy, get some exercise and enough sleep. This will better their concentration. Also allow them to stand up, stretch, go fetch a snack or take a break inbetween tasks. That will motivate them to carry on with the next task. Play memory gamesThe brain is a muscle that needs to be exercised. Playing memory games is a fun way to do this. Have a look at these fun games for the little ones on https://www.mindgames.com/Memory+Games you can also watch the video to test your memory skills. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZxavwAnrPg To master concentration takes time and practice. Try these steps and make the activities as fun as possible. No matter what the task at hand is, the child must learn to concentrate for a certain period of time, before he/she can carry on with another task or do something fun. The more they practice, the better it will get.Do not let them give up easily and remember to always praise your child if they have concentrated well and finished a task.Originally posted: https://hive.blog/hive-122108/@anneke/help-your-child-to-concentrate

# On April 16th, the Editor of the Douglas County Herald published a letter written by Kimberly Brady, MD from Douglas County. I think this text is so important, that you need to see it here: # Every paragraph of this “What if?” text is actually revealing the hoax through questions that will not find answers at corporate media. It’s a polite call to all TV hypnotised sheeple to turn their gaze off the screens and watch what really has been done. If you are already a member of this platform, then you know you will find several communities here, dedicated to search for the truth, like the [Deep Dives Community.](https://hive.blog/c/hive-122315/created) There you can find great deal of data and testimonies never heard on corporate media. You can find it over my links at the end of this text, or with many other excellent authors who has done a good research to sift the truth between many lies and manipulations. For example, our @krnel who registered [countries inflating COVID-19 death counts…](https://hive.blog/hive-122315/@krnel/countries-admit-they-re-inflating-covid-19-death-counts) I would add a revised projecton by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) under the title [Forecasting the impact of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic on hospital demand and deaths for the USA and European Economic Area countries.](http://www.healthdata.org/research-article/forecasting-impact-first-wave-covid-19-pandemic-hospital-demand-and-deaths-usa-and) No need to repeat that these ‘new projections’ are all falling into the area of a common seasonal flu, which makes any lockdown meaningless. But I have to address the manipulation in the title – ‘first wave’ is an open doors to another big hoax in the autumn if current 26 million unemployed so far in the U.S. and destroyed EU economies are not enough. It is already obvious that this ‘pandemic’ is a grand scale and extremely meticulously organized hoax even without the admission of certain countries that they were lying about COVID-19 deaths. Our @krnel found another nice piece of evidence. Two doctors from Bakersfield, California, Dr. Dan Erickson and Dr. Artin Massihi, owners of the Accelerated Urgent Care, have compiled data all over the globe which are a convincing evidence that lockdowns are completely unnecessary and harmful, and that the death numbers of COVID-19 are actually lower than seasonal flu: Duration: 3:14 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hV8QtgDHvgw Doctors are calling for Kern County to reopen immediately and stop the harmful farce that could take more lives because of unemployement and economic disaster. Both are working with patients (unlike Fauci) and refuse to wear that ridiculous masks and gloves at the press conference. Full conference you can see [at this link,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZV0PFzcI9RE) but if you can’t spare 68 minutes, you can see the key numbers in the text of our @krnel, titled [“End the Lockdown: Doctors in California Lay Out COVID-19 Data, Similar to Flu, Isolation Weakens Immune System.”](https://hive.blog/hive-122315/@krnel/end-the-lockdown-doctors-in-california-lay-out-covid-19-data-similar-to-flu-isolation-weakens-immune-system) # More “What ifs…?” Now I would like to add a few WhatIfs… What if [big fat pharmaceutical corporations like Novartis](https://today.rtl.lu/news/business-and-tech/a/1508885.html) use the ‘pandemic’ hoax like a proven business model whenever they are not satisfied with the current level of profits? What if there is nobody to stop them, except the angry people? What if the COVID-19 “testing” on a global population is actually an operation of sampling DNA? What if it is a creation of an ultimate data archive where ALL the people are controlled and treated as criminals? Or a livestock? Or both? What if, in the end, the hoax is revealed, but nobody was found responsible? What if everyone knows who is responsible, but there is nobody to bring responsible to justice? Which of these two sentences, of these two well known men will prevail? Will it be a blue pill… > “It’s easier to fool someone than to convince someone that they are being fooled.” > — Mark Twain. …with a critical mass of people keeping quiet because they will not be ready to admit they have been made jackasses, or a red pill… > “I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery” > — Thomas Jefferson …of a free people who are ready to fight for their freedom? And what if red-pilled people see the way out of globalist madhouse [through creation of a self-sustaining states?](https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2020-04-09/california-declares-independence-from-trump-s-coronavirus-plans) # Instant Access Universal Basic Income Google detox starts here! Being at home for most of every single day lately, sometimes the most exercise we end up getting is walking to the fridge. I'm as guilty of this as anyone else, but have found over the years that if I'm going to be snacking a lot, I may as well make it somewhat-healthy. Our environments end up unconsciously making our choices for us in life, so it's important that we try and set up home food supplies that will generally help us stay healthy even if we're eating more than normal (which is totally normal right now). These are a few of the options I try and have around at all times. __1. Hearts of palm pasta__ This stuff has skyrocketed to my new favorite meal addition. Maybe a bit chewier than normal pasta, but not much different at all, and with a whopping 60 calories and 12 grams of carbs per can (and they're not small cans), this a great way to eat pasta til your heart desires. __2. Zucchini noodles__ Another pasta substitute, a little more tender than hearts of palm and with a slight veggie taste, but same principle. The packages I buy at Whole Foods have 50 calories total, and I get two meals out of them. Great stuff. __3. Bell peppers__ Undeniably my favorite snack food. Bell peppers are crunchy, sweet (reds are the sweetest, but orange is great too), and big enough to really keep you satiated. One huge pepper maxes out at 50 calories, but most are less than that. Just make sure you wash em first! __4. Collard green leaves__ My favorite tortilla substitute. The leaves are huge, and you can put anything you want in there and make it like a taco/burrito. Very little calories, but when using these, I recommend some sort of hot sauce to mask the veggie taste just a bit (Green Dragon from Trader Joe's is my go-to). __5. Sugar snap peas__ My other favorite go-to snack. Crunchy, sweet, and incredibly refreshing, I probably eat my bodyweight in these every year. So good. Absolutely nothing wrong with eating sweets/carbs right now (or anytime), but these have all been great additions for my kitchen that help me get sweets and carb-like foods without a ton of extra calories. If you've got any additions, I'd love to hear them! _"A Single Seed" is my attempt to get out one idea every day that I've learned or accumulated over the years, with the hope that it may stick in someone else's memory bank as well. The idea may be related to fitness, business, life, or philosophy, but I think you'll find that many can change domains if you wish them to. With each seed planted, a new life awaits._ Image credit: https://pixabay.com/photos/cook-healthy-food-eat-vegetables-2364221/ Originally posted: https://hive.blog/hive-120586/@comingalive/simple-meal-tweaks-to-help-you-stay-in-shape-during-quarantine

Ever heard of Moringa or drumstick flowers? This is one of the very common tree around Bangladesh. But unfortunately, we can't get to see much nowadays. I'm calling it unfortunate because I came to know many health benefits of this amazing plant. We usually eat the 'fruit' as a vegetable and sometimes the leaves also. But don't use it as much as 'natural medicine'. *Morniga flowers* *Flower buds* I captured these images from my in-law's house. They have a huge tree beside their house. I absolutely love the small leaves and the beautiful white flowers of the tree. They have a different smell, not common in flowers. When the flower blooms it looks amazing. *The whole tree looks beautiful with all the white flowers. And when the fruits come, it gets another view. Hundreds of long sticks hang from the tree branches. I came to know that the leaves, flowers, and fruits have several benefits. Moringa leaves powder is very popular in many countries. You may also get it from different super shops. But be careful because there may have several side-effects of it too.* *Flowers and the magical leaves* > Moringa leaves are good for the brain. It helps improve body immunity. It's popular in my country to take the leaves during fever. Also, it's good for the kidney and helps to control blood sugar. People take the leaf paste to control diabetics. And the most common use is to take care of guts. Its antibacterial properties improve the digestive system, also reduce acne. This is a curry made by my mother-in-law. It's made out of moringa leaves, jackfruit seeds, chilli, and spices. It's one of the common traditional dishes in my locality. And the fruit contains different nutritional values which help improves healthy cholesterol in our body. Also, people say that it's good for our hearts. The flowers are also very beneficial. If you are interested, you can search more on the web. Here I'm holding a moringa fruit! *From hair to skincare, from guts to heart; moringa has hundreds of benefits. People say that this one tree can save one family and can serve food for the whole year. Unfortunately, in the urban areas, I can't see the tree much. Occasionally one or two. But in rural areas, it's a blessing that people still have this and love the tree's fruit and leaves to eat.* As I was saying earlier, in my country this plant doesn't use as natural medicine, only a handful of people use this. I wish I can spread the message more so people can learn and use the plant. THANKS FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT! # Much Love Originally posted: https://hive.blog/hive-148441/@rem-steem/the-absolute-beauty-and-benefits-of-moringa-drumstick

A while back I was searching for a solution to my legbroblem and came on energised water. Ohh ok you think hokus pokus wish thinking... Well it's all about body inflammation and doing everything against that. One thing is drinking energised water. This container is a hydrogen water generator. Hydrogen is small and it gives the bad behaving things in your body the energy it steals normally from your healthy cells. https://youtu.be/Kd-8CBb5wtc Here is a YouTube video that explains a bit without saying you must buy this water bottle. Is it fact or fiction? Well I really don't know I just use it and hope it will ease the pain a bit. Sharing is caring so this way you will also see what can be done to counter continues pain. Original link from my website : https://lifestyleguerilla.com/how-to-combat-the-silent-killer-glyphosate/ By Seth Morris Glyphosate… It’s the controversial herbicide that Monsanto has paid out billions in damages for. The herbicide’s link to Cancer seems to be growing daily. Also the list of weeds that are resistant to glyphosate is also growing. This product is so widespread that it’s going to be hard to end its presence in our food supply. But there are steps you can take as an individual. But first, we have to examine the history and backstory of this toxin. # What Is Glyphosate? History And Timeline Of The Monsanto Weed Killer 1950: Glyphosate created by Swiss chemist Dr. Henri Martin for a small pharmaceutical company called “Cilag”. In 1959, Cilag was acquired by Johnson and Johnson, which sold its research samples, including glyphosate, to Aldrich Chemical. Aldrich sold small amounts of the compound to several companies in the 1960s. Glyphosate came to the market as Roundup in 1974. By 1982, Monsanto began developing Roundup-resistant crops. In 1985 the EPA classified glyphosate as a Class C carcinogen. Group C carcinogens just mean “may” be toxic to humans, but there is a lack of data to back it up. Monsanto lobbied to have glyphosate removed as a potential carcinogen, by the same doctor who had PCBs removed as a carcinogen in the 1970s. In 1989 Monsanto struck a deal with Asgrow to produce Round up ready crops to the commercial market. In 1991, the EPA changed glyphosate from a group C carcinogen to a group E carcinogen siting a lack of evidence to be categorized as a carcinogen. In 1996, Round up ready soybeans came into production. 2007: Round up became the most widely used commercial herbicide, doubling Atrazine. In 2010, Glyphosate was patented by Monsanto as an antibiotic. In 2012, a French molecular biologist, Gilles-Eric conducted an independent study on Glyphosate’s effects on the body and found that the herbicide caused liver and kidney damage in rats that were given Round up contaminated diets. 2014: More prevalent use of Round up ready crops and Glyphosate herbicide 2015: WHO categorizes Round up as a probable carcinogen. 2017: Peer-reviewed study finds low doses of Glyphosate cause liver disease. 2017: 30 years of information on Glyphosate court cases and covered up communications between EPA and Monsanto revealed. So with this short history here, you can see that there are links to pharma as an antibiotic. # Monsanto Roundup And Glyphosate’s Usage Round up ready Soy was the first widespread industrial crop to go into commercial production. Soy is in nearly every processed food that’s available. Meaning that almost everything we eat contains Glyphosate. Glyphosate in food is a real problem. Corn is another mega industrial crop that Round up is used on that is in almost every processed food. Meaning again, we’re consuming at the very least, trace amounts of Glyphosate. Below highlight’s Roundup Weed Killer and Glyphosate’s usage, then corn production, then Soy production by state: via Hortzone.com via USDA.gov I’ve searched to see what parts of the country consume the most corn and soy. But was unable to find data on this, however, I was able to find this: via CDC.gov States that consume sugar-sweetened beverages on an average of more than 1 a day. A majority of sugared beverages are sweetened by corn syrup, a derivative of corn starch (some states do not have data). And here is a CDC map from 2013 illustrating Kidney disease and Kidney failure state by state: Now one could make the argument that the kidney failure is due to high blood pressure from fried foods and the like. But could it also be from trace amounts of Glyphosate from corn? Is there a correlation, even causation there? Something to consider. Wheat is a crop that falls partially in Monsanto Weed Killer heavy states like Wyoming, but is also grown in states that do not use it heavily like Nebraska and Oklahoma. So wheat appears to be a somewhat safer crop. Oats are grown predominantly in the Northwest U.S. where Glyphosate is used minimally. Other crops that fall into Glyphosate heavy states; Peas (that plant-based pea protein powder is likely loaded with Glyphosate), Pumpkins, (white) Potatoes, Tomatoes. You may want to think twice before consuming any of the above! # Cancer controversy Just yesterday, a California jury awarded more plaintiffs damages for Hodgkins-Lymphoma that they claim, came from long term Gylphosate use: https://www.usnews.com/news/national-news/articles/2019-05-17/juries-link-roundup-weed-killer-to-cancer-risk Could this be a money grab? Of course, it can be. I have no doubt that many people will begin suing Monsanto in the future for their Cancer treatment costs. Some might be. But the widespread usage of Glyphosate is alarming considering the established data about its effects. # Glyphosate Dangers It has been established that the damage glyphosate can do is extensive. It can damage the kidneys and liver. It’s also an antibiotic that chelates +2 ion minerals as Tanai the Science Guy, who has a doctorate in organic chemistry states here in an exchange on Twitter: Astrochologistcom ♐ @Astrochologist · May 17, 2019 Replying to @TJRicks_TSP @plantbasedb i'm interesting in finding out what minerals it leeches. Tanei the Science Guy, PhD ? @TJRicks_TSP +2 ions Calcium Zinc Magnesium And keep in mind that 50% of the American pop is mag deficient. I wonder why? 2 7:47 PM - May 17, 2019 Twitter Ads info and privacy See Tanei the Science Guy, PhD ?'s other Tweets Its antibiotic action means that a majority of the U.S. population has been ingesting antibiotics through the consumption of soy or corn-containing products, tomatoes, and potatoes (French fries). Check out this tweet about Impossible Foods veggie burgers by Dr Sepah: "Impossible burger? ? Possibly carcinogenic. ? Tested to have 11.3 ppb glycophosphate, the cancer-causing chemical Monsanto was successfully sued for $2B. Only 0.1 ppb of glyphosate destroys gut bacteria. Vegan patties are a health scam @SBakerMD https://t.co/I6JrLjcqAK — Dr. Cameron Sepah ?? ??♂️ ??♂️ ?? (@DrSepah) May 17, 2019 " This veggie burger is absolutely contaminated with Glyphosate in what would otherwise be considered a healthy plant-based meat alternative. -Anti-Biotic -Mineral chelator Your gut resembles a brain, and there is a direct link from brain to the gut: Evidence gut flora can influence mood If our bodies are being assaulted by antibiotics… what is that doing to our minds? Depression is on the rise across the board < Depression On The rise Could it all be changed if we had a different approach to Roundup Weed Killer and Glyphosate usage? What about mineral deficiency? If Glyphosate is a known chelator, it would stand to reason that Roundup not only chelates minerals from our bodies, but also from the soil these crops are grown in. Here is an abstract about Magnesium deficiency in plants. In developed countries, people receive less than adequate Magnesium : https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S221451411500121X In If You’re A Man You Must Do This Simple Test I talk about the Zinc problem and what it means for men especially. These mineral deficiencies are ongoing problems and result in some terrible maladies. But there are solutions. # Combating The Glyphosate Assault For starters, avoid corn, soy, and potatoes as much as possible. These are the top crops, and on their own corn and soy are terrible, but add in Glyphosate and you got a deadly concoction. So that’s one. Two is make sure your gut biome is in order, Megafoods sell a Glyphosate residue free probiotic supplement. You can buy it here: Megafoods Glyph Free Probiotic. I also like the Biok+ line of probiotics and SBO Spore probiotics. These seem to colonize inside your gut more effectively. Enterec coated capsules or pears survive stomach acid better so most of the bacteria will make it to your gut. This will help ensure that your gut flora is on point and can stand up to the constant assault from Roundup. To get your Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc levels replenished, Calm Plus powder has Calcium and Magnesium, Boron, and Vitamin D. You can but that here: Calm Cal-Mag For Zinc, the best version in my view, Is featured here: Best Zinc Make detox teas using dandelion and stinging nettles to help purge your liver and cleanse your blood. Chicory is an outstanding prebiotic food to create the short chain fatty acids necessary to protect your intestinal walls. # Eat Locally Or Home Grown Produce Locally grown organic produce can sure help you avoid getting Glyphosate through your food. Often times small growers are conscious of Round up’s effects and avoid using it, ask to verify. Growing fruits and vegetables at home in your own home garden is the best way to avoid it as much as possible. Check out Why You Should Start Your Own Garden. If you have a garden yourself, do not use Round up for any reason. Here are alternatives: https://content.ces.ncsu.edu/are-there-alternatives-to-glyphosate-for-weed-control-in-landscapes Avoid Corn And Soy Fed Protein Chicken feed is often corn dominated, non-pasture raised cows are eating corn and soy also. Cheap feed is not only not the right food for these animals, but it’s loaded with Glyphosate. This is hard because many people have no choice where to get their meats from. And so the only option is to get factory-farmed meats. Thankfully now with the internet, you can order frozen meat boxes from organic, conscious farmers and have it shipped to you. The good news is, there are more and more countries that have outright banned or severely reduced the usage of Glyphosate. The list of those countries: Round Up Reduced Or Free Countries. More and more information is coming out about Glyphosate and as a result, people are making more educated decisions about its use. Over time, my hope is that Glyphosate is studied in depth to come to a final conclusion, but it’s clear that Monsanto does not want that to happen. So I will continue to do what I think is right and hope that this information will help you make your own better decisions. Younger and younger people are getting colon cancer. The numbers of adults under 50 getting colon cancer has increased dramatically. A big factor appears to be gut dysbiosis and glyphosate is a contributor to dysbiosis being that it is an antibiotic. Staying at home for prolonged periods of time could be a challenge in for remaining physical active that's its important we all take breaks from just laying down or sitting while on phone. Some of us don't have an outdoor where we can walk around and get some fresh air. Although that's not an excuse, even having a small small there are so many things that we can do to stay active. Like doing at push up, do it until you can't lift your self anymore. ---- This morning, my partner made my coffee and he told me to go for a 30 minute walk because he noticed I was going to start doing the house c hi ores and when that happens, I'd be cleaning our place all day! Doing house chores is also a form of exercise, as long as your moving around. However some of us could get burned out doing house chores only all the time, do you? Coz I do! I think it's important we switch our routines. Doing something that is healthy for our mind. Do you do meditation? You should, it's really good for mental health. 1 minute of your time is enough to do meditation. I did my meditation while taking a shower after my workout. Thanks to my fitbit, it helps me with my breathing exercise but of course you don't need to buy one. All you need is a quite place. You can also listen to meditation music while doing your breathing exercises. I even do this before bed and you should try it too. It'll make your sleep better. So, what physical activity are you doing or you did today? Originally posted: https://hive.blog/hive-148441/@purepinay/stay-physically-and-mentally-healthy-during-quarantine |
